The snail darter

The snail darter
You won’t like this
In the early 70’s a small minnow like fish called a snail darter stopped construction of a multimillion dollar hydro electric dam in Tennessee for several years.
Environmentalists discovered it in the river water and declared it an endangered species and filed suit to prevent its habitat from being destroyed.
After several years it was decided to capture the little creatures and move them to another location. They are doing fine and reproducing like mad.
Since then thousands of creatures and plants have been added to the ENDANGERED SPECIES list and must be saved at all cost.
ALSO, SINCE THEN, ABORTION OF MILLIONS OF HUMAN BABIES, DESTROYING MILLIONS OF HUMAN BABIES, CRUSHING THE SKULLS OF MILLIONS OF NEWBORN BABIES, THROWING MILLIONS OF HUMAN BEINGS IN THE GARBAGE,
HAS BECOME A NON-EVENT!!!!!
I told you would not like this, BUT HOW LONG ARE WE GOING TO PLAY THE OSTRICH GAME AND KEEP OUR HEAD IN THE SAND?
Sorry, but somebody had to say it.
And we need to say it and keep saying it over and over.

Clinton seeks a 'smart power' Middle East strategy
By ROBERT BURNS and ANNE FLAHERTY, Associated Press Writers Robert Burns And Anne Flaherty, Associated Press Writers 3 mins ago
WASHINGTON – Hillary Rodham Clinton said Tuesday that she intends to revitalize the mission of diplomacy in American foreign policy, calling for a "smart power" strategy in the Middle East and implicitly criticizing the Bush administration for having downgraded the role of arms control.
At a daylong confirmation hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, President-elect Barack Obama's choice for secretary of state, Clinton appeared headed for easy confirmation.
She encountered no challenges to her basic vision for foreign policy.

(Comment: What is smart power? If it's good, why has it just now been discovered by the Queen? How long has she known about it?
No challenges? NO CHALLENGES?!!! Wow!!
"Slick Willie" was a good name for Bill.
Now we have "Greasy Hill. "
NO CHALLENGES?!!! Unbelievable!
You are watching a B grade movie starring the Queen of Gall!)

Eureka!!! Clarene's son, Terry, has a lot of goats.
SOOOOOOOO, we gonna get a goat.
With a goat we get fertilizer and GRASS MOWING, TOO.
Life is good.
